If you are you passionate about insights & using them to drive eCommerce decision, we are looking for a Paid Media Insights Analyst to join the team who can align their knowledge of paid media & analytics with commercial insights!
This is a rare & exciting opportunity to work side-by-side with our global commercial and performance marketing teams on how we get more data-driven and how to harvest the power of our data in new ways. You will be working closely with stakeholders within the LEGO.com team but also outside such as Category Management, Promotions, Forecasting, Data Science, Digital Products etc.

KEY FOCUS AREAS
· Review ongoing performance on LEGO.com based on a combination of metrics & methods to “tell the story “of the main drivers behind results
· Focus on understanding at pace the performance of our Paid Media channels. Monitor & identify areas of improvement which cover areas as broad as how shoppers enter & move through the site to the campaign taxonomy used and the shared data with our media agencies
· Act as a business partner to the Performance Marketing & SEO team supporting with a greater understanding of performance & proactive challenge on how to optimise investments in a changing commercial landscape.
· Share concrete recommendations to trigger action and work collaboratively across the business to put actions in place
· Support significant marketing events, reporting on real time performance & proactively identifying areas for optimisation (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday)
· Identify gaps in the way we currently report on paid media performance & recommend changes in our ways of working to continuously improve business understanding
· Work collaboratively with peers to identify opportunities to innovative the way we understand the impact of our paid media campaigns on LEGO.com performance & make positive changes for our shoppers
· Ensure that the data we utilise is accurately reported & partner with A&I Enabling & other data owners to ensure ongoing governance is in place for LEGO.com

A key enabler to continue growing and delighting our shoppers, will be to truly understand shopper behaviours and inform critical decisions with these insights. As part of the Trading Optimisation team, you will be instrumental in driving a step change in the way we view our shoppers for the future.
Do you have what it takes?
· A confident storyteller with experience in Paid Media and ideally an eCommerce Insights team
· A completer finisher with a track record for following an idea through to implementation
· Experience turning data into insights and driving decisions. Bias to action, but from a starting point of recognizing the complex environment we operate in.
· Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build new relationships and drive through challenging decisions
· Understanding of data structure and the ability to drive meaning from large, unconnected data.
· Experience working with Big Data Platform and web-analytics. SQL skills a must, Adobe Analytics & both Tableau and Power BI experience preferred
