The Digital Media Executive supports the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms and client accounts. The role works closely with internal teams, media partners, and clients to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with campaign objectives.
This role is ideal for an early-career digital media professional with a strong interest in digital marketing, performance media, analytics, and campaign operations. The successful candidate will support campaign implementation, reporting, vendor coordination, and performance monitoring while building foundational expertise across digital platforms and media channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Support- Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital media campaigns across platforms including social, search, display, video, and programmatic media.
- Assist in implementing approved media plans and ensuring campaigns go live accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor campaign delivery and flag any performance or operational issues to the wider team.
- Support quality assurance checks across campaign assets, links, tracking, and reporting.
- Compile campaign reports and dashboards highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
- Support tracking of KPIs including impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and media spend.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance data and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Support market research, competitor tracking, and audience analysis activities where required.
- Support communication with clients, media vendors, and platform partners on campaign-related matters.
- Share campaign booking details and maintain clear communication with suppliers and partners.
- Assist in ensuring suppliers and vendors deliver against agreed timelines and campaign requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams including media, creative, strategy, finance, and account management teams.
- Support media reconciliations, invoice tracking, billing processes, and campaign documentation.
- Assist in monitoring campaign budgets and spend pacing to ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Work collaboratively with commercial and finance teams on supplier invoices and payment processes.
- Maintain accurate campaign records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Stay updated on digital media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Build foundational knowledge across performance marketing, analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Participate in internal training, certifications, and capability-building initiatives.
- Contribute positively to team collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in digital media, media planning, campaign coordination, or marketing support roles.
- Basic understanding of digital media platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, or similar platforms.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign performance.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Exposure to media agency or digital marketing environments is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Campaign Manager is desirable.
- Digital marketing certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital media planning and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
- Good administrative and coordination capability.

Skills Required
