This is a highly analytical, data-driven, and fast-paced role requiring a blend of creative problem-solving and rigorous financial discipline. • Trend Advocacy: Continuous research of emerging digital media platforms, ad-tech tools, and industry trends to keep Ogilvy's media offerings cutting-edge.
2. Data Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Actionable Insights: Translate complex data trends into clear, actionable recommendations for internal creative and media planning teams.
  • Client Reporting: Formulate and deliver regular, comprehensive campaign performance dashboards and post-campaign analyses (PCAs) to client stakeholders.
3. Financial, Budget & Process Management
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage client media budgets strictly, executing daily pacing checks and monthly reconciliations to guarantee zero overspends or underspends.
  • Compliance & Workflow: Adhere strictly to internal agency financial workflows, including client onboarding, timely invoicing, and obtaining formal setup approvals.
  • Proof of Flight: Ensure complete campaign compliance by generating and archiving "proof of flight" documentation for all active campaigns.
  • Cost Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost-control and programmatic optimization to drive maximum financial efficiency for both the client and the agency.
4. Stakeholder & Project Management
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary technical point of contact for daily media queries, collaborating directly with Creative, Content, and Digital PR teams to align media spend with brand messaging.
  • Timeline Management: Oversee the campaign lifecycle from brief to final reporting, ensuring all deliverables meet strict agency standards and client deadlines.
HOW YOUR SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED (KPIs)
  • Campaign ROI/ROAS: Meeting or exceeding client performance benchmarks.
  • Budget Accuracy: Delivering campaigns with 100% budget utilization (0% overspend/underspend).

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and navigate a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with previous exposure to communications management.
