We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our MarTech team as a versatile utility player who helps keep our marketing engine running smoothly. This person will split their time, supporting several areas across the team, including website page building, CRM user support, and outbound marketing execution. They’ll need to be able to juggle several priorities without losing sight of details or deadlines. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates proactively, and brings a positive, can-do attitude. Beyond executing tasks well, we want someone who naturally looks for smarter, faster ways to get things done and can identify and suggest process improvements along the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the publishing of consultant bios and photographs via SharePoint and Sitecore.
  • Build, update and maintain web pages (across all language versions) using our CMS, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand and optimized for performance.
  • Support the publishing and maintenance of product and solution pages, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Monitor site’s accessibility and quality assurance results and issues through Siteimprove and address items identified.
  • Support the development and maintenance of event campaign pages, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Own and manage relationship reassignments in CRM, including reassigning data when employees leave.
  • Support day-to-day CRM administration, including user license set up, troubleshooting basic system issues, responding to user inquiries, and coordinating with CRM support as needed.
  • Monitor CRM data quality issues and address as they arise.
  • Document and report any bugs to the product manager.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries and requests originating from internal and external sources to the MarCom team’s email box and provide concise, clear, and timely responses to clients, vendors, and colleagues across the globe.
  • Maintain and create clear process documentation and identify repetitive or inefficient processes and suggest improvements or workflow modifications.
  • Assist with email marketing efforts, including supporting email setup, quality assurance, and list creation.
  • Take on additional MarTech projects and ad hoc requests as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • The ideal candidate must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • The ideal candidate must have CMS experience, preferably with Sitecore
  • The ideal candidate must have Website Analytics experience with Siteimprove, SEMRush or other analytics and keyword tools.
  • Must have familiarity with front-end website code and code libraries such as HTML, CSS.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience with or interest in learning Microsoft Dynamics and ClickDimensions.
  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience with SharePoint.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have knowledge of website accessibility standards.

LOCATION:

This is a remote role. The expected application deadline for this job is July 17th, 2026.

COMPENSATION:

The overall range for this role is $71,700 - $131,905. For candidates residing in: 

  • Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the range is $82,455 - $131,905. 
  • All other locations the range is $71,700- $114,700. 

A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
