Description

The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role combines strategic planning with data-driven decision-making to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and website content. The Digital Marketing Strategist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message while leveraging analytics and market insights to continuously improve campaign performance. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Design, recommend, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

• Develop and manage integrated digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, paid advertising (Google Ads and other PPC platforms), and inbound marketing channels.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversation rates, return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and engagement metrics.

• Conduct market research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and digital performance benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

• Forecast emerging digital marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Author, edit, and manage the publishing schedule for company blog content to support brand awareness and search engine optimization initiatives.

• Oversee digital content across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other online channels to ensure cohesive customer experience and consistent brand messaging.

• Collaborate with creative teams, content creators, web developers, and external marketing partners to execute digital initiatives and support business goals.

• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance data and implement continuous optimization strategies to maximize marketing effectiveness.

• Ensure digital marketing activities align with company branding standards, messaging, and overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

· 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or a related field.

· Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

· Experience monitoring campaign performance, reporting analytics, and making data-driven optimization recommendations.

· Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and digital trend forecasting.

· B2B manufacturing or industrial marketing experience is preferred.

· Excellent written communication skills with experience creating blogs and digital content.

· Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Skills Required
