Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Strategist, Jr. is a critical member of the Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Supervisor, Digital Marketing. This role supports the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid digital channels. The Jr. Digital Marketing Strategist will work to maximize return on ad spend, drive qualified traffic and leads, and support Cirrus business objectives through expert paid media management. This position collaborates closely with team members focused on technical SEO/web development and email marketing to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Assist in the planning, setup, and launch of paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Support audience targeting and segmentation efforts using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in making ongoing optimizations to improve results, including adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and creative.
  • Maintain performance reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics, TapClicks, and other reporting platforms.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop and test ad variations (copy, visuals, landing pages)
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of conversion tracking, including pixels, tags, and event tracking across digital channels.
  • Stay current on platform updates, new advertising features, industry trends, and best practices across all paid media channels. 
  • Travel requirements are estimated at 10%. 
  • Other team support duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field required. 
  • 0-2 years of hands-on experience (internships or co-ops in digital marketing, advertising, managing paid digital advertising campaigns and campaign budgets) required. 
  • Foundational understanding CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with reporting tools (GA4, TapClicks, Looker Studio, etc.) is a plus
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Techical Skills: 

  • Exposure to digital tracking concepts (e.g., pixels, tags, event tracking) is preferred
  • Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to interpret performance metrics with guidance.
