About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated, AI-native Digital Marketing Specialist to power our digital presence across every channel and product line. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can do a little of everything and a lot of the things that move us forward.

You'll be the engine behind our digital presence, creating high-volume content production, owning digital channels and building customer loyalty. You'll use AI fluently to research, create, and ship a steady stream of content, collateral, campaigns, and brand assets; but you have the human experience to back it up. You'll also keep our digital channels healthy and performing, from the website to email and SEO to reporting.

This is a role for someone who owns outcomes, not just activity. You understand that marketing metrics don’t stop at MQLs, they go through the funnel where true success is measured in LTV, CAC and new customer acquisition. You'll partner closely with our Demand Generation Manager and Marketing Operations Manager to take campaigns from idea to live, and you'll pitch in wherever marketing can help the business win. You’ll head up the organic, content, brand, and social execution where we need it most.

If you're a go-getter who moves fast, brings ideas and cares about results, we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Billd's organic social presence end to end: strategy, content calendar, writing, design, scheduling, posting, and community engagement, growing audience and engagement across channels.
  • Build a content repurposing engine: take one asset (a webinar, a market report, a blog, a customer story) and spin it into social posts, graphics, email, short copy, and sales collateral.
  • Produce a high, consistent volume of on-brand content across formats: social, email, one-pagers, guides, decks, landing pages, and more.
  • Ghostwrite and produce thought leadership content directly for and with our CEO and leadership team.
  • Capture, edit, and produce video for social, campaigns, and events.
  • Use AI tools daily to research, draft, design, and ship faster, and develop workflows to empower our growth and stay ahead of new tools for efficiency.
  • Create and coordinate branded collateral, giveaways, leave-behinds, event materials, and other physical and digital brand assets, holding the line on brand quality and a strong creative eye.
  • Build, send, and optimize email campaigns and nurtures in HubSpot, including segmentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Manage and update the website and landing pages: publish content, keep pages current and on brand, and improve them over time.
  • Own organic SEO for our content: keyword research, on-page optimization, and ongoing improvements that grow organic traffic.
  • Track and report on digital performance across HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social platforms. Know what's working, kill what isn't, and turn insight into action.
  • Run A/B and conversion tests across content, email, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Help manage and get the most out of our marketing technology stack and digital tools, and coordinate with outside agencies, freelancers, and vendor partners as needed.
  • Produce content and creative for webinars and virtual and in-person events, and support event production.
  • Bring ideas for content and campaigns that open opportunities and support new business, while owning outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content, social media, or a similar hands-on marketing role.
  • Genuinely technology-native and AI-fluent. You already use AI to produce content, design, and copy, and you can show us how.
  • Strong writer with a strong eye for design. You can produce clean, on-brand work across formats without a designer holding your hand.
  • A self-starter with a track record of initiative and ownership of results.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform, plus familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Financial services, construction, or adjacent industry experience a plus. Motion graphics or advanced design tooling a plus. Event production experience a plus.
