We are seeking a talented individual to join our Pacific digital team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This opportunity is a maternity cover contract until August 2027.
Join a collaborative, growth-focused Pacific digital team that works closely with global Digital Centres of Excellence (COEs). This role offers hands-on analytics experience, and the chance to nurture and grow as a digital specialist, while benefiting from working with a team of local and global best-in-class specialists.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will support and scale paid and organic digital marketing SEO, SEM, Generative search, and LinkedIn campaigns. Maintain data quality and deliver timely reporting and dashboards. Implement digital best practice under COE and Pacific Digital Enablement leader guidelines. This is an operational, hands-on role suited to a marketer who wants practical and diverse experience across varied digital disciplines.
We will count on you to:
Manage the Commercial & Affinity leads platform: maintain lead collection logic, reconcile lead sources into a dashboard for sales, triage leads by priority to boost sales effectiveness, and keep tagging and data flow documentation current.
Support paid campaigns operations: assist global COE members locally for rolling out paid and organic search campaigns; coordinate asset production and feedback across stakeholders and agencies.
Collaborate with Pacific Brand and practice marketing teams and global COE, assisting paid LinkedIn campaigns as required.
Produce weekly/monthly report packs, build and maintain dashboards, set up regional benchmarks, and collaborate across marketing teams to deliver campaigns and digital channel insights.
Use tools such as SEMrush, Google and Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Google search console, LinkedIn and Google ads managers.
Work with global COEs, internal teams, and agencies to deliver campaigns that comply with privacy and data governance standards.

Minimum 3-4 years in digital marketing or marketing analytics.
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with paid media platforms, Google and Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Data Studio dashboarding, and campaign setup workflows.
Clear communicator, organized, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
