We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist on behalf of our strategic partner to scale multiple brands within an interconnected business ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for founder brand management, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing—supporting both a mission-driven nonprofit and a high-growth data/AI company. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where you manage diverse campaigns and innovate with minimal supervision, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities1. Founder Brand Management
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand the founder’s personal brand on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

  • Content Repurposing: Transform podcast/video footage into engaging social media posts, short clips, and graphics.

  • Thought Leadership: Position the founder as an industry leader through insightful posts, articles, and speaking engagements.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Audit & Strategy: Conduct technical and on-page SEO audits for both the nonprofit and the data/AI business.

  • Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords aligned with each entity’s goals, optimizing content for higher rankings and traffic.

  • Link Building & Outreach: Implement ethical strategies to secure high-quality backlinks, monitor backlink health, and collaborate with influencers/partners.

3. Paid Advertising
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn (primary), with potential expansion to Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Budget Allocation: Optimize moderate monthly budgets ($1–$2k initially) to achieve lower CAC and higher conversions, with potential for scaling.

  • Performance Tracking: Use tracking pixels and analytics tools to report on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs.

4. Content Marketing & Strategy
  • Editorial Planning: Align content themes with each brand’s value proposition (nonprofit vs. tech solutions).

  • Content Creation: Write blog posts, landing pages, and social media copy; coordinate multimedia production with the in-house video team.

  • Distribution & Promotion: Identify key channels, industry communities, and partners to maximize reach and engagement.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Team Coordination: Work with the CMO, social media manager, and video production teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.

  • Stakeholder Updates: Provide periodic reports and updates to the founder and relevant team members, highlighting new opportunities and wins.

  • Test & Iterate: Proactively launch A/B tests, pivot strategies based on data insights, and continually refine campaign tactics.

6. Analytics & Reporting
  • Performance Dashboards: Develop user-friendly dashboards to track growth, engagement, lead quality, donations, etc.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance to refine targeting and creative assets.

  • Goal Alignment: Ensure each marketing initiative supports the nonprofit’s awareness/donor objectives or the data/AI company’s revenue/lead gen goals.

  • T-Shaped Skill Set: Broad expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing, with deep proficiency in at least one (LinkedIn Ads or technical SEO preferred).

  • Proven Results: Demonstrated success growing social media followings (particularly LinkedIn & Instagram) and driving conversions through paid campaigns.

  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), plus basic HTML/CMS knowledge (e.g., WordPress).

  • Creative & Analytical: Strong blend of creative thinking for content ideas and analytical skills for campaign optimization.

  • Self-Starter: Operates independently, offering strategic recommendations without heavy supervision.

  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in English, with the ability to present actionable insights clearly to stakeholders.
