As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing campaigns on multiple digital channels (Youtube, Social Media, Programmatic), across several markets. You’ll own high-scale budgets and orchestrate media plans that deliver growth, working in collaboration with other marketing channels, data science, and creative teams.
As part of the Digital Reach team, you’ll join a team of passionate and creative marketers, who love solving business challenges with a laser focus on efficiency.
In this role, you’ll focus on crafting and executing strategies to scale Vinted through video advertising, with ambitious and creative-forward campaigns. If you’re someone who has been working with online video campaigns, loves data, and wants to have a big impact on business growth – this job is for you. Your expertise in digital advertising, and deep curiosity for emerging media consumption patterns will be key to tackling our strategic challenges.
Note. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract initially. There may be an opportunity for the position to be made permanent in the future, depending on business needs.
In this position, you’ll- Plan and execute video campaigns across digital platforms such as YouTube, Social Media, and DV360 to support business objectives
- Prepare budget recommendations and media plans that align with market goals
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights based on data to help inform strategy
- Optimize campaigns by learning and applying best practices
- Stay up-to-date with media consumption trends within your market to support campaign decisions
- Work closely with the Offline team to help build cross-channel media plans that drive incremental reach
- Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team to assist in setting up tests and improving campaign measurement
- 1+ years of experience in managing paid acquisition channels
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms like Google Ads, and social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on working efficiently
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for learning and achieving results
- Comfortable working with data and eager to develop data analysis skills
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (basic functions, pivot tables, and data analysis)
- Familiarity with tools like DV360 is helpful but not required
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts is a plus
- An interest in TV media planning and buying is a plus
