· Manage property-related development user stories from discovery through deployment, ensuring business needs are clearly translated into prioritized, actionable requirements aligned to product and business goals

· Partner closely with the Global Website product team to groom backlogs, prioritize work, and guide stories through development sprints, testing, and release

· Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, and end-user communications

· Support product marketing activities for digital property platforms, including contributing to positioning, user adoption strategies, and stakeholder communications to drive awareness and effective usage

· Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and partner teams for assigned platforms, products, and initiatives, building relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and accountability

· Demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders

· Analyze trends, feedback, and performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for continuous improvement

· Lead workstreams in support of the digital property marketing service tower, supporting planning, prioritization, and cross-team coordination

· Establish and maintain processes, documentation, and best practices to support consistent delivery and operational excellence

· Apply an understanding of commercial real estate marketing, particularly property listings, to support digital platform enhancements, data quality, and overall user experience

· Contribute to product and platform roadmap discussions by identifying trends, risks, and enhancement opportunities based on data and stakeholder feedback

Required Qualifications
