Position Summary:
负责通过各种营销渠道执行具体营销推广活动，以获取流量和转化用户。
Work You’ll Do:
- 平台运营：运营公司的社交媒体账号（如微信公众号、视频号、抖音、LinkedIn等）。
- 搜索推广：进行网站内外的优化，提高网站在搜索引擎的自然排名，获取免费流量。进行关键词研究、网站结构优化、内容优化等。基于数据洞察，对线索转化和落地页优化。
- 商城管理：国内商城内容更新和维护，包括客户权限、版面优化、产品更新等。国外商城的汉化及管理。
- 展会管理：跟进展会选展、站台搭建、展品管理、展期服务、效果评估等全流程。
- 宣传资料：产品目录/宣传资料等设计及更新，产品拍摄及视频制作，产品3D图库管理。
- 市场物料：小礼品/台历/笔记本等物料管理。
- 广告策划：选择合适媒体和渠道，产品广告设计、制作和发布。
- 平面设计：协助各部门做好平面设计支持。

Basic Qualifications:
- 大专及以上学历，市场营销、平面设计等专业优先。
- 3年及以上市场专员/主管工作经验。
- 熟练使用平面设计软件。
- 熟练掌握主流数字营销渠道。
- 具备较强的沟通能力、分析能力和内容创作能力。
