The Role
Are you passionate about driving impactful digital campaigns and elevating brand presence?
In this role, you’ll be the strategic force behind our digital marketing efforts—crafting data-driven campaigns that boost engagement, drive leads, and fuel business growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll collaborate across teams to align initiatives with company goals and ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all digital channels.
What you will do as Digital Marketing Specialist
Develop & Manage Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising
  • Define clear objectives, KPIs, and audience targeting for each campaign
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Optimize SEO & Website Performance
  • Conduct keyword research and technical SEO audits to improve search rankings and user experience
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, track organic performance, and recommend improvements
Lead PPC & Paid Advertising
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns, perform A/B tests, and optimize bids and budgets to maximize ROI
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable reports
Drive Social Media & Content Marketing
  • Develop social media strategies to grow audience engagement and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality digital assets aligned with brand messaging
Manage Email Marketing & Automation
  • Plan and execute email campaigns with segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
  • Nurture leads and customer journeys through CRM tools and workflows
Analysis & Report Performance
  • Monitor website and campaign metrics using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing efforts

What we're looking for
  • 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C environments
  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and campaign optimization skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and communication abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
