In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing Tecsys’ digital demand generation programs. You will be responsible for managing global digital assets, coordinating paid media campaigns in partnership with external agencies, and contributing to SEO strategy and execution. The ideal candidate brings deep digital marketing expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and excels in cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

·       Web & Digital Platform Management
Maintain and continuously optimize Tecsys.com and related digital platforms across multiple regions and languages.

·       Lead ongoing website enhancements, including AI-powered tools, chat integrations, new modules, and backend scalability.

·       Support web layout design, UI/UX testing, and functionality optimization.

·       Coordinate cross-functional web projects and provide light graphic editing support as needed.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

·       Assist in implementing SEO strategies including on-page optimization (keywords, URLs, UTMs, meta tags), off-page initiatives (link building, backlinks), and content enhancements (blogs, landing pages, pillar content).

·       Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize organic growth opportunities.

·       Contribute to SEO reporting and ongoing strategy refinement.

Paid Media & Demand Generation

·       Oversee and support the execution of paid media campaigns in collaboration with agency partners and internal teams.

·       Support the implementation and performance optimization of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms.

·       Monitor campaign KPIs and performance data to inform continuous improvements and maximize ROI.

·       Contribute to the development and optimization of landing pages and digital assets for lead generation.

Campaign & Event Support

·       Partner with campaign, event, and partner marketing teams to support integrated, multi-channel demand generation initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

·       Use platform and internal analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and digital performance.

·       Analyze monthly KPIs and performance trends and deliver insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS/CRM or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) and managing paid media campaigns (search, display, social).
  • Strong understanding of core digital marketing disciplines: paid media, SEO, website management, analytics, database management, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reporting); comfortable working with campaign data.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. We understand that experience comes in many forms and that careers are not always linear. If you don't meet every requirement in this posting, we still encourage you to apply.

At Tecsys, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered.
