Content: Share engaging content, including updates, tips, and behind-the-scenes glimpses, on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Pintrest and LinkedIn and seek to expand our networks.
Targeted Ads: Utilize social media advertising to reach specific demographics and interests, maximizing ROI.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor brand sentiment.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills for digital platforms.
Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Email Marketing:
List Building: Collect email addresses through website forms, social media, and other channels and help manage and refine our marketing list.
Newsletters: Send regular newsletters with property updates, tips, and special offers to nurture leads.
Traditional Marketing
Print, Banners, Local: Help with Print advertising, direct mail, and signage in high-traffic areas to complement digital marketing efforts.
Proof Advertisings: Verify use of high-quality photos and videos to showcase the unique features and benefits of our companies in each marketing piece.
Leverage storytelling techniques to create compelling marketing messages that resonate with target audiences.
Content Marketing:
Blog: Regularly post informative and engaging blog content to establish authority and attract potential clients.
SEO: Optimize content for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve online visibility.
Professional Online Presence:
Website: Verify we clearly showcase services, highlight success stories, and include contact information.
Online Listings: Ensure accurate business listings on platforms like Google Maps and Yelp to improve visibility and strong local SEO.
Testimonials: Showcase positive reviews and testimonials to build trust and credibility.
Paid Advertising:
Google and Bing Ads: Run targeted ads to reach potential clients searching for property management services.
Social Media Ads: Utilize social media advertising platforms to target specific demographics and interests.
Networking:
Events: Help find networking gatherings to connect with potential clients and partners.
Referral Programs: Establish referral programs with other industry professionals to drive business.
Reporting:
Monitor and Optimize: Regularly track marketing efforts and adjust as needed to maximize ROI.
Experience with Canva, WordPress, MailChimp, Appfolio, Client Look, Crexi, desired.
