As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be part of our marketing team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
Collaborate & Create:
- Create, curate, and manage all published content, including Retweets/Reshares, that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice. utilizing channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), display ads, social media, and email
- Able to Produce and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
· Strategise & Succeed:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our ambitious company goals.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgets, and track performance metrics.
Execute & Optimise:
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan , Set up, run, and fine-tune campaigns for maximum impact.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation and segmentation.
- Engage actively with our community by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with followers to build a positive brand image.
Team Up:
- Partner with our marketing team to ensure cohesive and aligned digital marketing efforts to maintain cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and launch digital marketing campaigns that generate insights and leads that drive customer acquisition, engagement
Analyse & Report:
- Dive deep into program performance data, delivering insightful reports that drive future strategiesDevelop and implement SEO strategies to improve Brand visibility in social Media and Ecommerce Platforms.
- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
If you are goal orientated, with
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Min. 2 Years Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Manager,
- Proven experience and exposure in driving success I online sales and customer acquisition through creative and data-driven digital marketing efforts.
- Knowledge of local consumer behavior and digital marketing trends in the Philippines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in brand building and customer loyalty programs.
