Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing SPecialist to join our Cape Town team. As part of a rapidly growing marketing division, you will be instrumental in driving digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth across various online platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid digital advertising.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to identify trends and optimize results.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement with followers.
- Support lead generation activities by crafting digital campaigns that capture and nurture prospective clients.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that Elixirr remains at the cutting edge of digital marketing strategies.
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall marketing strategy and help elevate the brand.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a consulting, technology, or agency setting.
- Proven experience in running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid media.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
- A creative and analytical thinker with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the Cape Town digital landscape is a plus.
