Position Overview:

We're seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team - is it you? This role is perfect for a marketing generalist who loves wearing multiple hats and has a passion for creating engaging digital experiences for prospects and customer champions. You'll be responsible for managing our web presence, creating compelling content, and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement. This role is for someone who enjoys collaboration and rolling up their sleeves to provide solutions alongside a hands-on team. The role reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing. 

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns and automation workflows
  • Manage and update website content using Webflow, ensuring consistency across all three brands
  • Apply and edit engaging short-form content for emails, and social media
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs
  • Implement testing for continuous improvement
  • Build and launch email newsletters and marketing communications
  • Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal marketing team members 
  • Coordinate with customer success for content opportunities
  • Assist in campaign planning and execution
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors strategically
  • Organize ongoing projects aligned to the strategies outlined by the team

Tactical Responsibilities

  • Utilize Hubspot technical experience with building email templates and applying strategic targeting via lists
  • Strategically align short-form copy writing to ICP prospect and customer targets 
  • Assist Demand Gen, Product Marketing and prospect/customer marketing stakeholders with technical tasks as they relate to future and existing campaigns 
  • Compile post-mortem campaign data so the team can easily dive in and produce strategy and learnings from projects 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot required
  • Proven experience with Webflow or similar website builders required
  • Experience with project management tools such as Notion preferred
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and new technologies

Additional Information:

  • Compensation: $85,000-90,000 base salary
