Job Summary: This role is responsible for creating engaging multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, move prospects through the buyer's journey, and deepen our relationship with current customers to drive revenue and help achieve Greene Tweed’s long-term growth goals.

Specific Roles/Responsibilities:

Demand Generation – Plays a key role in driving demand for Greene Tweed products and solutions through digital channels.

  • Helps drive Greene Tweed’s growth and builds a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the GT Global Sales team.
  • Works with the Corporate Marketing Manager to define strategy and choose the appropriate marketing channels for each initiative.
  • Is responsible for the execution of plans to generate new leads via SEM/SEO, email, content marketing, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners.
  • Develops lead nurturing strategies to increase lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, revive cold leads, and grow share-of-wallet with current customers.

Digital Marketing Campaign Development – Partners with Corporate Marketing Manager to identify and coordinate digital marketing campaign strategies.

  • Collaborates with business teams (product, industry, sales, sales operations, marketing)  to understand the target audience and to recommend the most appropriate digital channels to use for each campaign.
  • Designs marketing campaign strategies to deliver business goals while staying within budget.
  • Assists in the development of a digital strategy that enables the customer to contact Greene Tweed via various digital channels (website, email, social media, PPC) and filter to the correct business contact to meet their needs.
  • Develop & implement Account Based Marketing strategies to key strategic accounts

Performance Reporting – Develops reports for business and industry stakeholders to help them understand the impact of digital marketing, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future marketing campaigns.

  • Focuses on campaign ROI and revenue goals to demonstrate the success and/or gaps in marketing strategy.
  • Uses A/B testing to drive continuous performance improvements in email, social media, paid advertising, and website content strategy.
  • Works with the Corporate Marketing Manager on monthly performance reports.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree

Skills and Experience  3+ years professional experience using digital business and/or collaboration methodologies; Experience with major marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua, and Marketo, is required.
