Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist! Are you ready to transform our digital presence with engaging visuals and impactful digital content? This role focuses on creating and optimizing compelling imagery and assets to enhance our online platforms. As part of our team, you will directly shape the digital experience and help elevate our brand, blending creative execution with innovative ideas.
Your Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, compelling imagery and visuals that resonate with target audiences, leveraging Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. This includes developing assets for merchandising, category hierarchies, and promotional campaigns.
- Visual Merchandising: Design and maintain online product imagery, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with branding.
- Analytical Insights: Use tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush to assess the performance of digital assets and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Emerging Trends: Stay ahead of digital design trends, AI tools, and technologies to improve workflows and creative execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, IT, and Marketing teams to align content with broader organizational goals.
- Project Management: Use tools like Asana to organize tasks and timelines, ensuring efficient execution of projects.
You Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience with Figma for design and collaboration.
- Solid understanding of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Visual and written communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
We Would Also Prefer:
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
- Experience with Acton or other Marketing Automation Software, Salesforce, and SEMRush.
- Familiarity with Taylor systems and eCommerce platforms (e.g., NavINK, NavConnect, Navitor.com, OCP, Converge).
- Strong interest in exploring AI tools and solutions to enhance creative processes.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
