About the Role
Are you a motivated and dynamic marketeer looking to level up your digital marketing experience? Join our fast-paced marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist for 9 months! In this role, you'll manage and optimize diverse digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You'll collaborate with the Marketing, D2C, and E-commerce teams to deliver impactful campaigns and drive measurable results. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and expand your digital marketing skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Campaigns: Assist in executing and optimizing Google Search and Display campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive conversions.

Social Media Advertising: Plan and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) in line with campaign goals.

Community Management: Oversee organic social media planning, content creation, and moderation on Meta platforms.

Influencer Marketing: Help coordinate and manage influencer campaigns, from identifying partners to tracking performance metrics.

Affiliate Marketing: Support the execution and monitoring of affiliate campaigns to drive sales and foster partnerships.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to support campaign execution and ensure objectives are met.

D2C & E-commerce Alignment: Partner with D2C and E-commerce teams to optimize campaigns for online sales and customer engagement.

Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Who We're Looking For

Experience: Some experience in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads, social media, influencer, or affiliate marketing.

Skills:

Proficient in Google Ads and social media platforms.

Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate programs is a plus.

Strong writing skills for social media content.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Tools: Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or affiliate marketing tools is a plus.

Proactive & Results-Oriented: Quick learner with a drive to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Languages: French (native), English (written and spoken). Italian and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.
