JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Field Marketing Amdaris - Insight Joint Team.

The Marketing team serves as the company’s face, promoting and supporting the business strategy through a coordinated communications approach. Marketing teammates develop critical connections with both clients and vendor partners, with a view to creating long -lasting relationships. The Marketing team also plays a key role in defining compelling value propositions, as well as executing promotional activity, in order to generate brand awareness and drive demand for Insight’s solutions and services.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivering world class user experiences and communication through owned and or paid media channels. They are responsible for developing highly engaging marketing campaigns which includes creating microsites through to developing highly impactful email communications focused on driving awareness of the organizations and its partners solutions and services, as well increasing online traffic, engagement, and sales revenue. They are also responsible for planning, designing, and delivering campaigns to drive online revenues and increase client engagements.

In addition, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving end to end digital activities across the marketing stack, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager’s and the wider Marketing team.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Bachelor's degree in a related filed

· Create and deliver a strategy to increase company’s social audience at a local level and according to targets.

· Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including the EMEA Marketing team and the vendor community.

· Responsible for building ad-hoc campaign content/pages to drive Insight and partner solutions and services led campaigns, as well as maintaining all existing vendor microsites.

· Produce bespoke monthly analytical and ROI reports around marketing activity with recommendations on best practice and results optimization.

· May be required to participate in the administrative management of vendors; systems and invoicing, POE’s collection, MDF production and reporting, and claim management into partner’s systems.

· Lead and drive best practice, strive to identify ways to improve, and ensure Insight provides a best-in-class experience to clients.

· Collaborate with and support the Country Marketing Manager and or EMEA teams in planning

and building marketing campaigns.

· Responsible for delivering a range of campaigns, defining the correct marketing mix, and developing creative social media messaging.

· Participate in the translation and localization of materials by working closely with the EMEA teams.

· Support with campaign management including go-live, tracking, and following-up.

· Collaborate with the appropriate teammates on the production of case studies, success stories, and interviews, if required to do so by management.

· Account for the monitoring, analysis and optimization of website performance using platforms (such as Google Analytics).

· Ensure all website content is search engine optimized (SEO) including all back-end page setups, relevant tagging, and metadata updates.

· Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns through third party platforms and create both messaging and creatives as well as monitor performance.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's degree in a related filed

· Previous experience working in a Marketing background, and of managing digital campaigns across a range of digital channels

· Demonstrable experience using marketing automation tools (such as Marketo)

· Experience of creating and managing social and paid media campaigns

· Strong creative copywriting and proofing skills with an adaptive style that has impact online for social media

· Experience working with content management systems and confident uploading content on to CMS

· Experience of working with industry standard software which includes Adobe Creative Cloud

· Must have B2B marketing experience, and therefore applicable understanding of competitive industry strategy

· Excellent time management skills and ability to work unsupervised, to tight deadlines

· A strong visual storyteller, self-motivated, and confident in both creative and technical abilities, able to work in a fast-paced but supportive environment

· High level of written and spoken English

· Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

· Ability to develop friendly, positive, and supportive working relationships with external and internal clients, and to provide them with excellent service
