Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering growth marketing
strategies to attract influencer and retailer leads and activate our community, including through SEO,
email marketing, and digital advertising. This person is responsible for the strategy of campaigns, as
well as technical setup, testing, monitoring, optimization, and reporting to reach business goals. The
Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Director and work across departments to
develop and execute Mavely’s digital marketing plan.


Essential Functions
● Strategize and execute digital and social advertising campaigns
● Technical setup, testing, optimization of digital advertising with profitable results, including
conversion tracking compatible with proprietary Mavely software
● Serve as the project manager and strategy owner for SEO
● Manage and grow our contact lists, create target segmentations, and execute personalized
campaigns via email, push notifications, social media advertising, and other channels, with
content support from Marketing team Copywriter and Creative Lead
● Manage and create reports in analytic tools such as Hubspot, SEO software, Google
Analytics, and social management platforms to inform and communicate strategies and
results
● Collaborate with Product Marketing to conceive and execute targeted in-app campaigns
within the Mavely platform
● Set and track KPIs surrounding email, digital, and social campaign performance and report
on progress

● Collaborate with Marketing team to inform content strategy on our website, social channels,
and app store listings
● Oversee the digital marketing budget to support business objectives while meeting or
exceeding cost per lead and return on ad spend targets

Education & Experience Requirements
● 5-7 years of digital marketing and digital advertising experience
● Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics and social media platforms, like TikTok, LinkedIn,
and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
● Proven experience driving lead generation through digital marketing strategies
● Experience setting up and managing pixels, conversions, and ad account integrations
through Google Tag Manager, Segment, or related tools
● Ability to provide examples of building digital advertising accounts and campaigns from the
ground up and the return on ad spend they generated
● Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,
social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
● Experience in optimizing websites and landing pages
● Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
● Experience working in the tech industry or a high-growth startup a plus
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering / computer science, business,
advertising, or similar preferred
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
● Ability to produce insightful marketing reports
● Rigorous standards for quality assurance and data hygiene
● High technical proficiency in digital marketing platforms
● Proficient written skills with ability to understand and maintain brand consistency
● Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a consistently high level of quality
● Ability to both conceive and execute strategies independently and cross-functionally
● Strong relational and communication skills
● Strong project management skills
● Self-motivated
● Able to excel in a deadline-driven environment
● Able to work with all levels of management
● Must be analytical
