Job Description

Content Development:

  • Develop, curate, and deliver compelling content to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across different channels managed.
  • Support and refine marketing content service offerings for client teams.
  • Create, edit, and re-package technical content and thought leadership for various online formats, including video, infographics, document posts, and other formats.
  • Collaborate closely with the global social media team to implement social media strategy, policies, and procedures effectively.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate them into campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics across all digital activities to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement initiatives and proactively drive improvements.

Website Management:

  • Continuously update and enhance the Roland Berger Middle East website in both English and Arabic, utilizing SEO and user experience best practices.
  • Drive search engine advertising to strengthen the company's digital presence and increase website traffic.
  • Analyze web performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement, including website functionality, conversion optimization, and user journeys.

Social Media Management:

  • Maintain social media channels (mainly LinkedIn) and oversee the content calendar for Roland Berger Middle East.
  • Manage and maintain processes for the company's social media management platform in the Middle East.
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns, providing ongoing recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead employee advocacy campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Generate innovative ideas to increase engagement and expand external communities.
  • Monitor trends and insights on LinkedIn to align strategies with industry best practices.
  • Regularly report on social media performance and insights by competitors, offering actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Others:

  • Develop and execute demand generation / email marketing campaigns utilizing Hubspot and other marketing automation tools.
  • Support internal MarCom related trainings (e.g. LinkedIn trainings) on a monthly basis for all ME employees.

Qualifications

Prior Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years working in a B2B, corporate marketing, or media/publishing house environment. Agency experience is a plus.
  •  Demonstrable track record of working collaboratively with creative teams (designers, developers etc.) to create first-class copy and content for successful marketing campaigns.
  •  Experience in using a Content Management System (specifically Sprout Social).
  • Experience with marketing automation software would be an advantage.

Skills requirements:

The candidate will display as many of the following skills as possible:

  • Must have an excellent understanding of content strategy, digital strategy, inbound marketing, UX, CX, SEO, online advertising and analytics.
  • Must have an appreciation of how design/digital and content need to work together to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and experience in creating copy for a wide range of online/digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate, edit, re-write and present technical content into engaging content formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with competing requirements simultaneously.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Marketing, Communications, Media or PR.
