The PositionThe Opportunity:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in positioning Roche as the employer of choice while building sustainable, diverse talent pipelines that fuel our future growth. Working collaboratively across the organization, you'll drive talent marketing excellence through data-driven digital solutions and strategic campaign execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with Talent Marketing Partners to anticipate customer needs and translate them into actionable talent marketing strategies and data insights
Implement digital marketing activities aligned with global frameworks and strategies in close collaboration with the P&C network
Serve as the primary contact for all digital paid marketing requests in your region, managing the intake portal and providing expert digital solutions
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels, including content management, keyword research, audience analysis, and performance reporting
Design and optimize digital campaigns using experimental design and analytics to maximize website performance and marketing spend efficiency
Manage digital campaign activities including paid social media management, digital analytics development, compliance, and governance
Advise and train other People Support Solutions and P&C teams on talent marketing processes and systems, while maintaining process documentation and creating onboarding resources
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, system testing, and projects that enhance service delivery and ensure consistent alignment with KPIs and SLAs across regions and geographies
Who You Are:
Hold a BSc degree with specialization in marketing or a similar field
Bring 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise managing paid and organic campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads platforms
Demonstrate deep proficiency in performance marketing optimization using analytics (SEO, GEO, SEM, and Marketing Data Analytics) to drive measurable results
Are passionate about leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and stay ahead of industry trends
Excel at working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, matrix environments across multiple geographies and divisions, managing competing priorities with strong organizational and agile methodology skills
Are data-driven in your decision-making, customer-centric in your approach, and possess strong problem-solving abilities including active listening and critical thinking
Demonstrate fluent English communication (written and spoken) with additional languages a plus based on regional requirements
