The Digital Marketing Specialist, LATAM plays a critical role in executing, activating, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, events, and email channels to support demand generation in the LATAM region. This role partners closely with agencies, regional stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time, accurately tracked, and continuously optimized for performance.

Areas of Focus

Campaign Coordination and ExecutionCoordinate end‑to‑end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, events (in‑person and digital), and email channels for the LATAM region. Partner with agencies and internal teams to manage campaign setup, landing pages, email activation, audience segmentation, and deployment, ensuring accurate tracking, lead routing, and on‑time execution.Reporting & AdministrationSupport campaign reporting and measurement, including reporting updates through PowerBI and performance analysis in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and manage CRM campaign records and hierarchies to ensure data accuracy, attribution integrity, and consistent reporting.Marketing TechnologySupport campaign execution through effective use of marketing technology, including enterprise marketing automation platforms, CRM, and campaign tracking tools. Partner cross‑functionally to manage asset development, form setup, integrations, and reporting, while supporting the transition to Marketing Cloud and building or maintaining assets directly within the platform as needed.Experience and Attributes
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.

  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketing Cloud preferred).

  • Hands‑on experience using Salesforce CRM, including campaign creation, lead management, and reporting.

  • Proven experience launching and supporting marketing campaigns in the LATAM region.

  • Experience coordinating paid media, email, and event‑based campaigns across multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into optimization insights.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish required, Portuguese preferred
