Responsibilities:
- There are a several key areas:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, SEMrush, etc.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and best practices.
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for automating repetitive marketing tasks (e.g., reporting, keyword clustering, ad copy generation, audience segmentation).
- Experiment with and implement new AI-powered marketing technologies.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs for all digital marketing campaigns.
- Create regular reports with clear analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within the digital marketing landscape.
- Develop and test innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and improve performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI applications for marketing.
- Work closely with content, buying, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and Paid Advertising (SEM/PPC).
- Demonstrable success in improving organic rankings and managing profitable paid campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with core digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO platforms like SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz).
- Familiarity with AI concepts and practical experience using AI tools in a marketing context.
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python) for data analysis and automation tasks is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
