This role is both strategic and operational, where you will take ownership of the Samsung OB campaigns and be a key enabler to drive the execution of Samsung's online strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and refining Samsung's OB campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep knowledge of digital channels, and knows how to attract and convert high-intent shoppers.

Role and Responsibilities
Ownership of Online Business Calendar and Campaigns
Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation strategies including paid search, social, display, affiliate, and email marketing.
Accountable for delivering against all OB campaign briefs, ensuring our campaigns deliver against our commercial objectives to support our Samsung eStore growth
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Work very closely with other teams on the execution of each component of the campaigns (CRM, Paid, onsite, App, etc.)
Collaborate with content, design, and onsite teams to build high-performing landing pages, promotional assets, and campaign messaging
New Channels and Partnerships
Initiate, lead, and deliver the marketing activities with key Samsung partners across Samsung employees/student portals (EPP)
Drive the strategic marketing campaigns for the growth of Samsung SMB (Small/Medium Businesses)
Ownership of Samsung students program - working closely with key university and education partners to offer student and youth appealing propositions for Samsung products.
Content and Creatives
Oversee content production hub for creating new content and creative concepts for key Samsung OB campaigns
Ownership of Samsung OB asset creation and distribution to all digital channels
Delivery/ Supplier / Project Management
Work within a complex, multi-vendor framework
Engage and co-ordinate with multiple parts of the organisation (Sales, Customer Service, Product Divisions, ecommerce, etc.) and partner agencies to help define short and long term strategy for paid media
Work in close partnership with Regional Office OB Marketing to build meaningful strategy and campaigns execution.
Lead, manage, and optimise the complex paid media campaigns for various launches, seasonal, and always on.
Deliver against our commercial objectives to support our Samsung eStore growth e.g. increasing ROI, increasing cross-sell, contributing to OB sales.
Skills and Qualifications
8+ years of digital marketing experience
5+ years of CRM / paid media / affiliate marketing / data-driven marketing experience
Expertise in developing and selling-in new propositions & business cases
Implemented go to market plans across various digital touchpoint to drive sales and conversion
Strong agency / team management skills; comfortable leading multi-cultural teams, providing both strategic and hands-on operational feedback and evidence of driving results.
A great attitude and openness is needed to navigate in this multi-cultural environment, understanding when to push and when to pull is a must.
