Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, and administrative activities. This role requires a creative and adaptable individual who can manage multiple priorities, learn new systems quickly, and contribute to both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and print materials

  • Create and distribute mass email communications using platforms such as Constant Contact

  • Develop and publish social media content, including posts and paid ads across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Design marketing materials (flyers, mailers, business cards, etc.) using Canva, Adobe, and other tools

  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to support marketing strategy

  • Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and Excel spreadsheets (including filtering and reporting)

  • Assist with ordering marketing supplies, promotional items, and giveaways

  • Coordinate packaging and shipping of materials as needed

  • Support website and content updates through platforms such as WordPress

  • Utilize internal systems (e.g., Basecamp, Connect, Teams, Freshbooks, Discovery Data, Calendly) to support workflow and communication

Primary Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative support experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and marketing/design tools (Canva, Adobe, Constant Contact)

  • Experience with social media content creation and basic digital advertising

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Receptive to feedback and able to incorporate direction effectively
