The Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Management will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of content across channels. This role will involve reviewing, updating, and maintaining content on various platforms such as online travel agencies (OTAs), websites, and other digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a strong understanding of content management, and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and relevant information to our audience.

How You'll Shine:

  • Content Review & Updates: Regularly review and update content across all digital platforms (website, social media, DMOs, email, etc.) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular content audits to ensure all information is current, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, design, yield, and distribution teams to update content across multiple channels. Collaborate closely with resorts to ensure that content is accurately reflected across all platforms, optimizing the guest experience and driving bookings.
  • Content Version Control: Maintain accurate records of content updates and changes, ensuring version control and proper documentation.
  • Ad Hoc Content Tasks: Assist with any urgent or last-minute content changes, including real-time updates for time-sensitive information or promotions.
  • Content Governance: Follow brand guidelines and content strategy to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels.
  • Content Management: Create and manage a repository of resort and marketing content for cross-channel use.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Proven experience in content management, content creation, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in both written and digital content, ensuring all listings, descriptions, photos, and promotions are consistently accurate, particularly on OTAs and across digital channels.
  • Knowledge of OTAs: Strong familiarity with leading online travel agency platforms (e.g., Expedia Partner Central, Booking.com Extranet, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.), to optimize content for improved visibility and bookings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive attitude toward keeping content current.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)
  • 1+ years of marketing, brand, copywriting, content or communications experience, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
