  • Drive optimization across SEO and AI/LLM-powered discovery, ensuring content is structured, discoverable, authoritative, and optimized for emerging search behaviors.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans—including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables—and provide clear, consistent reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Use data to tell stories that identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, and measure the impact of web initiatives.
  • Embrace a lean business culture that emphasizes continuous optimization through data‑driven problem solving, experimentation, and performance‑based decisions.

How You Achieve Success

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence, collaboration, and clear communication.
  • Balance speed, quality, and governance while resolving issues proactively and pragmatically.
  • Guide teams through shifts in priorities or market conditions with clarity and confidence.
  • Communicate web project status, risks, and priorities effectively to both tactical and executive stakeholders.

What we look for

  • 5+ years of experience in web program or project management, preferably within a large, global organization.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-market web initiatives and build strong cross-team partnerships.
  • Advanced project management skills in technical and business environments, including coordination across time zones and functions.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and issue-resolution capabilities.
  • Comfortable navigating diverse perspectives and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation development.
  • Experience managing both fast-paced initiatives and long-term, complex programs.
  • Global mindset with the ability to adapt messaging and delivery for regional and local teams.
  • Passion for leading change and improving how teams work.
