Agency Services, a leading marketing and advertising agency delivering exceptional results since 2005, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various digital marketing projects for our clients.
Your main role will be to manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including account managers, designers, developers, content creators, and digital marketers to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects for websites, content, creative, SEO, PPC, and social clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to internal teams and clients.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex digital marketing projects.
- Strong understanding of websites, content, creative, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
- Experience coordinating and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work as an independent contractor (1099) with the flexibility to set your own hours.
