The Senior Project Manager (Digital Marketing) is responsible for overseeing client relationships and driving the strategic direction of multi-channel digital marketing programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, relationships, and communications.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to define program objectives, campaign strategies, and success metrics for digital marketing projects, including websites, email campaigns, content creation, and social media.
  • Approve project timelines and resources, considering dependencies and team capacity.
  • Build thoughtful and comprehensive user journeys, considering potential campaign expansion with supporting marketing assets.
  • Translate client goals into actionable project plans and oversee delivery across multiple campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality, results-driven execution.
  • Monitor program performance, analyze outcomes, and present insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage budgets and resources across multiple projects and campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through new initiatives or expanded services.
  • Assist with scoping and planning new business initiatives.
  • Serve as an escalation point and quickly identify and determine solutions for project issues or delays.
  • Mentor project managers and coordinators supporting program execution.

Success Factors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in project or account management, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic marketing programs.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Ability to understand big-picture outcomes and goals while maintaining high-quality attention to detail.
  • Ability to cultivate, manage and grow client relationships. 
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows across multiple time-zones.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. #LI-Remote

Location & Work Environment

Highwire offers both remote and hybrid work options, depending on where you live.

Hybrid: Candidates located within commuting distance of our New York, NY or San Francisco, CA offices follow a hybrid schedule, with two in-office days per week.

Remote: We hire for fully remote roles in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Washington, D.C..
