You will be in charge of
Within the Global Consumer Journey team and reporting to the Head of CX and Consumer Data, the Digital Marketing Performance Manager will be a key driver of our marketing performance acceleration and in close support of Pernod Ricard affiliates (Management Entities, Markets and Brand Companies).
It’s a highly dynamic and challenging role with plenty of opportunity to make a mark and contribute to the digital marketing acceleration and transformation roadmap at Pernod Ricard.
Your key missions
DEFINE AND MONITOR COMMON DIGITAL MARKETING OBJECTIVES (CDMO)
- Design the annual common digital marketing objectives for all PR affiliates (Markets and Brand companies) giving global direction and priorities in line with the group digital roadmap
- Measure the results quarterly and provide strong insights and guidelines to improve through in-depth analytics across all topics
- Be a transversal digital expert on all CDMO topics by working closely with each subject matter expert to drive overarching success and acceleration across the group
DRIVE PERFORMANCE MARKETING
- Monitor accurately the success and business impact of digital marketing initiatives
- Analysis of digital marketing campaigns
- Analysis of our group Digital Use Cases
- Monitor the CRM, Web, Online Media performance
- Analysis of omnichannel consumer path
- Development of measurement framework
- Organize specific digital performance reviews with the digital community
- Support the evolution of Group Marketing Reporting tools:
- Creation of automated reporting and omnichannel analysis dashboards
- Maintenance and evolution of the group CRM Dashboard
- Evolution of Website & Online Media Reporting tools
DRIVE CONSISTENT AND IMPACTFUL CONSUMER ACTIVATION MAPPING
- Design a global Consumer Activation Map template for Brand and Market companies that will help drive better alignment for campaign development and best-in-class campaign execution with a clear consumer journey.
- Embed and upskill brand and market companies on the template and process to deliver global consistency and standardisation
- Support affiliates in the delivery of their consumer activation maps, gather feedback and continuously look to improve and optimise approach
ANIMATE AND UPSKILL THE DIGITAL & WIDER MARKETING COMMUNITY
- Upskill the marketing organization with a performance mindset and the use of data driven marketing
- Identify and provide recommendations, best practices to improve marketing performance
- Support Brands and Markets in the advanced use of data driven marketing
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with the affiliates

Your scope
- Key internal stakeholders: HQ Global Marketing team; Management Entities; Affiliates (Brand & Market Companies) marketing teams; HQ Tech Solutions, Legal/DPO, Consumer Insights
- Key external stakeholders: digital agencies; martech providers; expert consultants
- Geography: 100% International
- Travel required: 10%, as needed
If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in marketing analytics on digital marketing and/or media functions in an international environment.
- You hold a master’s degree in marketing or business.
- Strong experience in web and analytical tools (using, analyzing and potentially configuring, implementing): Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CMS (e.g. WordPress), Search Tools as SEMrush, reporting BI
- Advanced Excel and proven data interpretation skills.
- Understanding of key martech tools in: CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Social/Media (FB Manager, Programmatic, Ad verification, Search, Social Listening tool…)
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbally. French and other languages advantageous.
- You have strong business and results-driven mindset and you are pragmatic, rational and curious, with a strong appetite for analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management experience - Ability to interact with multiple business and tech stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of digital channels and end to end reporting structures.
