WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and expand our client’s brand. In this role, you’ll manage marketing campaigns, promote podcasts, build personal brands, and support administrative and client management tasks. You’ll also oversee day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate campaigns, track performance, and contribute to content creation. You should also be well-versed in marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our clients reputation and growth. You will have a keen analytical mind, a passion for creativity, and a strong desire to make an impact.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Administrative Support:
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, calls, email, calendars and travel.
- Book client calls, media and speaking engagements and manage client updates and communications.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to streamline daily operations.
- Assist in preparing presentations, agendas and marketing materials for meetings.
Marketing Management:
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and creative content for marketing campaigns, personal brand, including social media profiles, speaking engagements, blog posts, and other marketing assets.
- Create and execute content campaigns that drive sales and engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop Reels, video content, and graphics aligned with the client's brand.
- Coordinate and manage podcast appearances, speaking engagements, bookings, travel, and promotion to event organizers.
- Repurpose podcast episodes, blog content, and video clips across platforms.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and content.
- Track and report on marketing metrics and performance (i.e. open rates, click-through rates, list growth).
Project Management and Performance Analysis
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation and task assignments to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives while adhering to deadlines.
- Tracking all marketing efforts through relevant tools and social media analytics.
- Generate monthly reports on marketing performance, project status, and brand growth metrics.
- Leverage data to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, inform strategy adjustments and identify new marketing opportunities, and provide actionable insights.

YOU HAVE…
- Have 2-5 years in a marketing specialist role, with experience in content creation and digital marketing, with a strong focus on using data and technology to drive campaign success and support sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g. Canva), content writing and basic video and podcast editing and recording (e.g. Descript and Squadcast).
- Experience with tools and platforms such as ClickUp, Dropbox, Outlook, iCal, Calendly, Kit, WhatsApp, Thrivecart, Squarespace, Slack and Zoom.
- Experience with managing social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Applicable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools for tracking and reporting campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
