We are thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Digital Operations Leader (MarTech) to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to lead and improve digital operations within a world-class marketing environment.

As the Digital Operations Lead, you will drive efficiency and improve customer engagement through innovative solutions and flawless execution!

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams of marketing technologists, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Coordinate digital operations functions, including email marketing, website personalization, audience management, and automation of processes and reporting.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional collaborators to develop and own the roadmap for digital operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • HR & Administrative Oversight: Manage HR-related tasks such as performance reviews, employee development, conflict resolution, and lead recruitment efforts to support team growth.

  • Process Improvement: Implement standard methodologies and tools to enhance campaign delivery and performance measurement, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborator Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators, including clients, partners, and vendors, to support business goals.

  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Over 10 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within marketing operations, with a strong focus on completing and delivering Marketing Technology (MarTech) platform solutions.

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Software Engineering, or Computer Applications, complemented by a decade of relevant professional experience.

  • Minimum of 5- 8 years leading teams and people managers, demonstrating strong communication, leadership, and people management capabilities.

  • Hands-on experience supporting marketing functions such as email marketing, web personalization, and audience management.

  • Proficient in key MarTech platforms and tools, including Eloqua, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Experience Manager.

  • Extensive experience managing complex, strategic automation projects from concept to delivery.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams while encouraging a collaborative, inclusive culture that drives innovation and excellence.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.

  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring compliance with firmwide policies and controls.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Exposure to AI-based project implementation is a strong advantage.

  • Experienced in delivering executive-level presentations with strong communication and storytelling skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators, including clients, partners, and vendors.

  • Experience leading teams from India within a shared services or global delivery model.
