Role summary

· Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Hybrid)

As Growth Marketing Manager for LATAM, you will be the driving force behind Payoneer’s digital customer acquisition across the region. Sitting within the Central team and reporting directly to the Director of Acquisition, you will own end-to-end digital performance from paid search and social to SEO, website experience, and conversion optimization. You will work hand-in-hand with the regional marketing team to build, execute, and continuously improve campaigns that generate measurable business growth, with ROAS at the heart of every decision you make.


What you’ll do

· Own all digital acquisition activity across the LATAM region — defining the strategy, setting the roadmap, and driving execution across paid and organic channels

· Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms) across LATAM markets, working closely with the regional marketing team to ensure campaigns are locally relevant and commercially sharp

· Own the digital marketing budget for the region — managing allocation, forecasting spend, and holding yourself accountable to ROAS targets and CAC benchmarks

· Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance continuously — using data to identify optimization opportunities and translate insights into clear actions for the business

· Lead the website experience agenda for LATAM — owning landing page strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and any regional web revamp initiatives that support new customer acquisition

· Drive organic digital initiatives including SEO strategy, content optimization, and other non-paid acquisition levers that strengthen Payoneer’s discoverability and presence across the region

· Collaborate closely with the regional marketing team, central marketing functions, product, and other key stakeholders to align digital campaigns with wider business goals and ensure seamless go-to-market execution

· Identify and build new digital acquisition initiatives — bringing fresh thinking, testing new channels, and building scalable programmes that grow the new customer base in LATAM

· Present performance updates, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations clearly to the wider leadership, making complex data accessible and actionable


Who you are

· 6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a strong track record in performance/growth marketing roles — ideally within a fintech, payments, or high-growth technology business

· A true 360° digital marketer — equally confident managing paid campaigns, shaping SEO strategy, improving website conversion, and building organic acquisition programmers

· Highly data-literate and analytically confident — you are comfortable working with performance dashboards, attribution models, and campaign data to make fast, evidence-based decisions

· Deep expertise in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) including campaign build, bid strategy, audience targeting, and ROAS optimization across a multi-market environment

· Proven experience managing digital marketing budgets, with a strong commercial mindset and a relentless focus on efficiency, return on spend, and cost per acquisition

· Solid understanding of SEO principles, website UX, CRO methodologies, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, or equivalent)

· A natural collaborator who builds strong working relationships across teams and geographies — able to align stakeholders, influence without direct authority, and drive cross-functional initiatives forward

· A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment — comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, making independent decisions, and owning outcomes end-to-end

· Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Deep understanding of the LATAM digital landscape, consumer behavior's, and the nuances of marketing effectively across the region

· A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related analytical discipline; relevant professional certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a strong plus

Skills Required

  • 6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (performance/growth roles)
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth technology businesses
  • Proven ability managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (PPC)
  • Experience owning digital marketing budgets and optimizing for ROAS/CAC
  • Strong SEO knowledge and experience driving organic acquisition
  • Experience with website UX, conversion rate optimization, landing pages, and A/B testing
  • High data literacy: experience with analytics, attribution models, and performance dashboards
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Portuguese language skills
