What You'll Do
- Own the performance, structure, and user experience of oktopost.com, with responsibility for web navigation, technical SEO, and high-intent conversion paths.
- Coordinate and manage delivery across external agency partners, including SEO / GEO / AI search, website development and infrastructure, paid social and media buying.
- Define and manage clear briefs, delivery timelines, and performance KPIs for all agency‑led digital activity.
- Optimise key website pages (e.g. Request a Demo, Pricing, Consultation) for lead quality and conversion, using behavioural data, A/B testing, and funnel diagnostics to improve conversion quality.
- Own the operational configuration of marketing automation workflows, ensuring accurate lead capture, routing, and data integrity across the website and CRM. Partner with Sales to improve speed-to-lead, lead quality, and funnel progression.
- Track and analyse digital performance, user behaviour, and funnel health to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Maintain reporting on website performance, digital acquisition, and conversion metrics to support ongoing decision‑making.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure digital execution aligns with defined revenue processes and system requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital SaaS marketing (sales-led, not product-led, preferred).Proven experience managing external agencies across SEO, paid media, and web development.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress infrastructure, technical SEO, and web performance optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, with a focus on lead processing, workflow configuration, and system handoff.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content performance, SEO, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using behavioural data to improve digital journeys.
- Understanding of funnel attribution and web-to-CRM handoff processes.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Revenue Operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, with a structured and outcome-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
