About this opportunity:
Red Bee Media is looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our digital presence across key B2B channels. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of our digital marketing campaigns, focusing on the company website, paid search (Google/PPC), LinkedIn advertising, and the smart use of AI-driven tools to drive efficiency and performance
What you will do:- Manage and optimise the website for SEO, UX, and conversion.- Monitor site analytics and implement enhancements to improve engagement and lead quality.- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and LinkedIn.- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid management.- Collaborate with the marketing operations team to ensure seamless campaign execution through Salesforce and Pardot.- Identify and implement AI and automation tools to streamline campaign management, content generation, and performance analysis.- Track and report on digital campaign performance, website metrics, and funnel conversion.-Work closely with sales, services marketing, and brand team members to align messaging and campaign goals.
The skills you bring:- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong B2B focus.- Proven success managing paid search (Google Ads), PPC, and LinkedIn advertising.- Deep understanding of digital performance metrics, attribution, and funnel optimisation.- Experience managing websites (e.g. WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or similar) with SEO best practices.- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement) is a strong plus.- Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SEMrush AI, Smart Bidding) for marketing automation or content generation.- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar.
