We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who’s excited to experiment, optimize, and scale lead generation efforts across multiple channels. You’ll have the freedom to test new ideas, work with a professional and collaborative marketing team, and contribute not only to campaign execution but also to brand development and broader marketing initiatives. This is a solo role — perfect for someone who thrives on strategic ownership and deep execution, without direct people management responsibilities
What will you doManage GoodData’s lead generation and brand awareness online campaigns as part of our Demand Generation team, ensuring all activities align with our overall marketing strategy.
Work independently throughout the entire process – from designing the optimal campaign mix to defining the targeting and executing campaigns in various digital advertising platforms (primarily Google Ads and LinkedIn).
Continuously check and optimize the campaigns’ targeting, bidding, and creatives to improve results and lead quality.
Work on global campaigns with interesting budgets, giving you the space to experiment and test new ideas.
Manage the full email marketing agenda in HubSpot – including content creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
Create and test various messaging, and prepare clear requirements for the design team to produce campaign assets.
Define requirements for landing pages, whether creating new ones or improving existing ones.
Set up a reporting process and regularly share campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with other teams – predominantly product marketing, content, and SEO.
Benefit from the support of a skilled, professional marketing team and gain exposure to other digital areas like brand development and broader campaign strategy.
Proven work experience as a digital marketing specialist (4+ years), ideally in the B2B SaaS sector.
Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with at least intermediate skills in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of various online marketing channels and their unique characteristics.
A proactive, self-driven mindset – you're not afraid to try new things and test new approaches.
Passion for marketing, with a track record of independent execution and strategic thinking.
Interest in emerging trends and innovations in digital marketing, including new ways to leverage AI for online marketing.
Basic knowledge of SEO
Experience with email campaign strategy and execution (e.g., HubSpot) is a nice-to-have.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
