Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Mexico (Remote)
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience
Language: Advanced English required

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. This person will play a key role in developing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through data-driven campaigns.

• Design, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid media, etc.).

• Lead end-to-end campaign execution and optimize based on performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design, etc.) to ensure alignment across initiatives.

• Analyze data and generate performance reports to identify trends and insights.

• Manage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Manage external vendors or agencies as needed.

• Build and mentor a small team, depending on the scope and seniority level.

• 5–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.

• Strong background in performance marketing, analytics, and campaign management.

• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot or similar.

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Based in Mexico.

• Experience working with international or US-based clients.

• Experience in B2B digital marketing or the tech industry.

• Certification in Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc.
