Core Mission

Digital Manager responsible for Own media as social and website management oversees the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence, brand love and engagement goal.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Digital Market Analysis: Analyze the digital role in the consumer path to purchase, stay updated with market trends, and monitor competitors.
  • Content Planning: Develop diverse content aligned with the brand strategy. Manage online presence, editorial calendar, and digital platforms (brand sites, LINE, FB, IG, YT).Optimize website performance and functionality.
  • Brand Visibility: Perform SEO audits, advise on best practices, curate relevant content, and manage social media activity to enhance brand visibility.
  • Social Media: Plan and execute social media and buzz strategies and campaigns. Interact with consumers and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Digital Media: Define consumer experience and collaborate with e-marketing and Marketing teams. Track and analyze e-commerce KPIs to drive business decisions.
  • Digital Vendor Management: Oversee digital vendor management, including annual planning, contract negotiations, performance tracking, and data analysis. Influencer Activity: Execute and enhance influencer activities to boost brand engagement.
  • User Experience: Ensure optimal design, content, navigation, and branding of web/mobile pages for a seamless user experience.
  • SEO & KPIs: Measure and monitor SEO performance, analyze e-commerce KPIs, and draw actionable conclusions to improve digital strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to develop content and manage digital marketing campaigns effectively​

Specific duties and responsibilities:

  • Communication Skills: Effective collaboration with team members.
  • Sales and Marketing Interface: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Self-Motivated: Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee digital vendor relationships.
  • Market Insight: Analyze digital market trends.

Requirements And Competencies

Education/Training :

  • University degree (BS or Master) with medical or business major
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong Excel & Powerpoint skills preferred.
  • Proficient English in writing and spakin will be better.

Work Experience :

  • 6 years in FMCG digital or Media agency industry.

General Technical Competencies/Skills

  • Digital Marketing: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
  • Social Media Management: Expertise in managing and analyzing social media campaigns.
  • Content Management: Skills in creating and managing digital content.
  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze digital marketing data and derive insights.
  • Social Marketing: Experience with social platform campaign creation and management.
  • Web Analytics: Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics for tracking website performance.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in managing digital projects from start to finish.
