Job Description

Zendesk is looking for a Regional Growth Manager to develop paid media strategies that drive business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Paid Media, Field Marketing, and Global Campaigns teams to align demand generation efforts and maximize pipeline impact, ensuring that marketing efforts align with business objectives. Your expertise in data analysis will be essential in measuring success, identifying opportunities, and refining strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in data-driven digital marketing and/or performance marketing (experience in a B2B SaaS company required).

  • Hands-on expertise in building and managing paid campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools for using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and, more importantly, translate data trends into actions. 

  • Strong project management skills including effectively balancing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to change. Asana experience is preferred.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a paid media subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and collaborating with internal teams on paid media strategy.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Marketing, and Global Campaigns teams to ensure alignment on pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Analyze campaign performance regularly and share insights, takeaways, and recommendations to drive growth for the business.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and experiment with new channels, technologies, and growth tactics.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with non-paid marketing channels such as email, webinars & virtual events, and content marketing.

  • Working knowledge of SQL for deeper campaign analysis and reporting.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$169,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
