Marketing Operations & Data Analyst
VaynerSpeakers is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to take our digital marketing efforts to the next level. If you’re a data-driven problem solver who loves uncovering insights, building smart systems, and using AI to amplify content, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Build & Optimize Digital Operations – Develop and refine processes for our website, blog, SEO, paid ads and email marketing to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Leverage AI for Growth – Implement AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, from automation to content optimization.
- Turn Data into Action – Analyze marketing and sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Bridge Sales & Marketing – Connect the dots between our marketing efforts and revenue goals, ensuring data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Drive Revenue Growth – Propose innovative solutions and ideas to expand our reach and increase revenue through digital marketing.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You’re analytical and love working with numbers—but you also know how to tell a compelling story with data.
- You’re curious about AI and emerging tech and excited to build new programs using these tools (Gumloop, Browse.ai, ChatGPT).
- You can take complex insights and translate them into practical marketing strategies.
- You thrive on solving problems and proactively propose ideas to drive business growth.
- You understand SEO, content strategy, and website analytics and how they contribute to digital success.
