We’re seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to help drive our growth during an exciting time as we build a new website to support our rapidly expanding business.
You’ll lead digital strategy across multiple channels, manage budgets, and deliver impactful campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for SEO, content marketing, and a “test and learn” approach, who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital marketing strategy and execution across all channels, including website, email marketing, social media, automation, and paid.
- Drive the development of a new corporate website with an external agency, ensuring SEO best practices are followed, optimising user journeys, and maximising lead generation potential.
- Oversee and grow the digital marketing budget to maximise ROI across campaigns and channels.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to create SEO-optimised longform content that drives organic traffic and conversions.
- Deliver multi-phase marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager and regional sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to deliver MQL/SQLs pipeline targets, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
Ideally you'll have/be:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of delivering digital growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (additional certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or automation platforms are a plus).
- Proficiency in WordPress, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Adobe Creative Cloud and Google’s Suite or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with SEO tools (such as SEMrush) and strong skills in SEO and content marketing strategies to drive organic growth.
- A data-driven and “test and learn” mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and optimisation.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
