How you will know you are right for this role...

  • You have experience in executing and evolving an existing digital marketing strategy that drove sales objectives, and aggressively expanded a brands marketing presence
  • You have formulated a cohesive digital ecosystem that continually enhances a brands visibility closely tied to a commercial agenda.
  • You have lead initiatives targeting new customer acquisition and are well versed in lead generation initiatives across channels such as email marketing, paid media and SEO.
  • You have collaborated closely with the content marketing and design teams to achieve digital marketing objectives.
  • You have established a closed-loop analytics system in collaboration with the sales team, enabling insights into the conversion of inbound marketing efforts into customers and continuously adapting growth targets based on sales outcomes.
  • You have taken charge of budgeting, performance measurement, and reporting for all digital marketing campaigns, systematically evaluating progress against set goals, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Bonus:
  • You can supervise the development and upkeep of our global CMS website platform, manage supplier relationships, integrate new plugins, and troubleshoot technical issues with the support of offsite personnel.
  • You can cultivate expertise in multi-channel tactics and emerging trends in marketing, technology, and e-commerce, positioning the company at the forefront of innovative approaches.
  • You are passionate about innovation in the digital landscape, enhancing customer connections on local, national, and global scales. You stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate fresh content ideas to enhance community engagement and drive digital platform sales.
  • You can provide guidance and leadership to the marketing team on conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • You can oversee team members by delegating tasks, offering mentorship, and ensuring the successful execution of digital strategies and KPI attainment.
  • You continuously assess, measure, and report on all digital and social activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Collaborative in nature, both within the department and beyond.
  • Strategic + Systems based thinking – your work is built upon insights and systems.
  • A strong design process and experience working toward solutions across various media.
  • Initiative, proactivity, flexibility and dependability.
  • Incredible organization, communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • You are a digital pioneer and marketer at heart. You can demonstrate an understanding of the importance of growth, activation, and retention with respect to the platform and how that translates into user growth
  • Your years in the industry have been underpinned by the execution of innovative, impactful and acclaimed projects that demonstrates your ability to lead and develop designs that influence business results.
