PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD

What experience should you have:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting strategic digital marketing analysis and recommendations utilizing data in a consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of various digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Experience setting up campaigns across a variety of social platforms.
  • Leveraged data analysis tools for ongoing and ad hoc data reporting.
  • Expertise with a combination of the following tools: Google AdWords, SEMRush, Screaming Frog,  AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor, Facebook Power Editor, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Adobe Analytics.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

  • Manage budget, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the team is achieving business impact goals.
  • Offer thought leadership on industry trends.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both good and challenging situations.
  • Actively participates in business development activities, including client pitches, and estimating work and creating project plans.
  • Create trusted partnerships with clients, offering thought leadership on industry trends, in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.
  • Develop sustainable solutions to share knowledge and experiences within the team.
  • Build the expertise of our team through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices.
