Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager on the Demand Generation team, you will drive the strategic vision and execution for our end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across both B2B and B2C ecosystems. You will sit at the intersection of media buying, performance marketing, and data analytics, owning the digital acquisition strategy from high-level campaign planning to final performance evaluation.

You will primarily act as the strategic and execution lead, partnering with external agencies, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to build, optimize, and scale high-converting digital campaigns. You bring a powerful combination of analytical thinking and sharp technical execution, with proven experience developing complex, multi-channel growth strategies for large enterprise clients and consumers alike while leveraging iterative testing to drive measurable business results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Architect, launch, and scale multi-channel paid media campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences and emerging digital channels.

  • Map multi-touch digital advertising and email journeys that nurture enterprise prospects and capture consumer audiences across the funnel.

  • Partner with product, content, and sales to align digital targeting and messaging with business goals.

  • Own the digital panelist recruitment funnel, maximizing volume and quality while optimizing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

  • Oversee agency and vendor performance against clear KPIs, ensuring campaigns run smoothly.

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel budgets, shifting spend toward top-performing audiences and platforms.

  • Brief, review, and deploy ad creative aligned to platform specs and compliance.

  • Run a structured A/B testing agenda across audience segmentation, copy, creative, landing pages, and CTAs.

  • Analyze performance data into dashboards, executive reports, and strategic iterations.

Qualifications

  • 6–9 years in digital marketing, email marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, spanning both B2B lead generation and B2C acquisition.

  • Strong grasp of media mix modeling, attribution, and channel performance to scale volume efficiently.

  • Proven track record managing external media agencies and vendors.

  • Test-and-learn mindset with expertise in outbound email programs and multi-touch attribution.

  • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace and marketing tech stacks (Pardot/MCAE, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce).

  • Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for segmentation, creative variation, and data interpretation.

  • Expert written and verbal English communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns on tight timelines and budgets.
