  • Oversee website and digital platform management, including content governance, product setup, merchandising, and performance reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in website performance, user experience, conversion rate optimization, and information architecture best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, creative, commercial, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital initiatives.
  • Lead and execute public relations (PR) activities, including media relations, press communications, and coordination with external PR partners to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
  • Own and actively drive monetization strategies across all brands and digital channels, ensuring alignment with business and revenue objectives.
  • Identify, implement, and optimize monetization techniques such as advertising models, partnerships, sponsored content, and performance-based revenue streams.
  • Own and execute the company’s PR strategy by securing media coverage, managing press relations, shaping key narratives, and protecting the brand’s reputation across all channels.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated responsibility for strategy development, campaign leadership, and online revenue growth.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • High level of proficiency in web analytics, performance tracking, and measurement tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with proven experience leveraging data-driven insights to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Solid understanding of website management, user experience, conversion optimization, and information architecture standards.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and adaptability within a fast-paced and evolving digital environment.
  • Demonstrated capability in overseeing website operations, product management, merchandising activities, inventory tracking, and performance analysis.

Skills Required
