Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will execute content strategy for Minor’s Spa & Wellness brands, developing compelling content for spa & wellness brand.com sites/pages and social media platforms to build brand recognition, attract website traffic, increase social media engagement, and promote lead generation. This role will manage brand.com sites/pages for medical wellness brands, social media outlets, and marketing automation tools. He/she will liaise with internal teams for content development and monitor and report on the online performance of the medical wellness clinics’ channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation – Collaborate with corporate spa, wellness clinic, and property teams to develop a wide range of content to support marketing and sales initiatives, engagement including blog and social media posts, videos and presentations.
  • Social Media Management – Build, manage with social media calendar post, and execute content/editorial calendar, grow social media engagement.
  • Website Management - Manage brand.com sites for medical wellness clinics, creating and posting content to drive organic traffic growth, monitor PPC performance together with digital ads, increase brand awareness, and promote lead generation.
  • Marketing Automation – Develop and execute monthly EDMs for medical wellness clinics, provide monthly reporting on campaign performance.
  • LINE communication - set up with guideline support providing to the spa & wellness to perform actively such board casting with business manning communication etiquette .

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years experience in content marketing (hospitality and/or travel industry preferred) 
  • Solid experience in marketing automation tools (i.e. GetResponse, MailChimp or others EDM plartform) with bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite grpahic and video editing tools (i.e.Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong project management skills to managing and organising the post (photo/VDO shooting) to create content/editorial calendar deadlines
  • Advanced English/ Thai language skills – Business communicaiton others language will be benefits; Chinese, RUS/CIS and Arabic
